Buttercup Creek is one of Cedar Park’s older neighborhoods, having started in 1983 with Centex Homes. Today it is still building out, but has very few remaining lots.

Buttercup Creek Location
Buttercup Creek is located principally east of Lakeline Blvd., west of Hwy. 183, north of Cypress Creek Road, and south of West Park Street. This Buttercup Creek neighborhood should not be confused with the newer sections adjacent, such as Westside at Buttercup Creek or Bettercup Creek Preserve.
Buttercup Creek Amenities
The HOA members enjoy two private neighborhood pools and kiddie pools. There is parking for a couple dozen cars and play and picnic areas with each. Near the neighborhood are three other parks, maintained by the City of Cedar Park. They are Creek View Park on Buttercup Creek Blvd. and Buttercup Creek Park, also on Buttercup Creek Blvd. Elizabeth Milburn Park is the city’s largest park and is located at Cypress Creek Road and Sun Chase Blvd. and accessible from within Buttercup Creek using Autumn Fire.
