Cedar Park was just a berg of 2,000 people in 1970.  Its growth rate has been brisk.  One of the first and longest-established neighborhoods in The City of Cedar Park, Park Place has beautiful homes built in the 70′s through 90′s.  Trees are large and majestic ~ especially the Live Oaks.

Park Place Homes For Sale

Park Place is Situated…

…between Hwy 183 on the west and Hwy 183A on the east, Brushy Creek Road on the south and FM 1431 on the north.  West Park Street bisects it right through the middle, east / west.  Because its in the south central part of Cedar Park, the commute into Austin is among Cedar Park’s shortest.  Aside from conventional thoroughfares, the Hwy 183A toll road makes the commute even shorter.  And for convenience, a commuter can choose to park-and-ride Cap Metro into Austin.  The nearest station is only three miles south near Lakeline Blvd. and Hwy 183.  The Sandy Creek Arm of Lake Travis — with its boat ramp and picnic area — is a short jaunt of seven miles.

Park Place Pricing

Lots are large and housing types vary, so pricing varies, too, ranging from $50K to around $200K.  Another factor influencing price is whether the home has been updated and/or sits on a large lot.  Many lots are large, as they tend to be from back when Cedar Park was in its infancy and land was plentiful.
