Three Forks Ranch Location
Three Forks Ranch is bounded by Berry Creek and I-35 on the east, Airport Road along the north and west sides, and the south along a line from the southwest corner of Berry Springs Park & Preserve to near Halmar Cove off Airport Road. It is convenient to I-35, of course, and also Berry Creek Drive, Hwy. 195, Hwy. 130 Toll and Airport Road. Georgetown’s square is nearby, as are Sun City Texas, Lake Georgetown, Rivery Towne Crossing, Wolf Ranch Town Center and San Gabriel Park on the San Gabriel River.
Three Forks Ranch Amenities
Three Forks Ranch will have a 30-acre park at the southeast entry via Berry Springs Park & Preserve. Plans call for office, retail and other amenities in 700,000 feet of commercial buildings located within the Town Center. Heritage live oak trees and stunning vistas are plentiful. The Berry Creek Country Club (private) is adjacent in the neighboring Berry Creek neighborhood.
Three Forks Ranch Real Estate
There will be 430 homes sites with frontages ranging from 50 to 70 feet. Most lots will be 120 feet deep. Nearly half the lots will be 60 feet wide with about a quarter each dedicated to the 50 and 70-foot lots. Additionally, there are 650 attached residential units planned. These include townhomes and apartment homes. They will be interconnected much the same way the Avery Ranch neighborhood is.
Three Forks Ranch Schools
Three Forks Ranch lies within the Georgetown Independent School District (GISD). Presently, the elementary school is zoned for Frost or McCoy. Middle school is Benold and the high school is Georgetown. Soon the newest elementary school in the GISD will open within Three Forks Ranch, making travel to school walkable.
