Tuscany Villas borrows from its Italian relative.  They share the same architectural design and feel.  Arches.  Tile roofs.  Dramatic rooflines.  Ornate landscaping and trees.  It’s not all here, of course.  Tuscany Villas has no grape orchard for wine-making.  It does have some dramatic looks at the Texas Hill Country, nicely emulating that of Tuscany’s hills and valleys.  Building lots here are in short supply.  Only ten remain.  One lot goes a long way however, as it is at least an acre in size.

The Location for Tuscany Villas

Tuscany Villas is very near The Enclave At Fountainwood and shares the same Wilde Wood Custom Homes builder.  It is part of the larger Woods At Fountainwood neighborhood.  After you’ve driven about six miles west from I-35 on RR 2338 | Williams Drive | Andice Road, you turn left/southwest onto Jim Hogg Road.  Take your second right onto Diamond Trail, then another right onto Highland Springs Lane.  Turn left on Alyssa Drive and then a slight right onto Marquesa Trail.  It will take you to Tuscany Way, where those 10 lots await.

Tuscany Villas in a Nutshell

Wilde Wood builds stunning homes and helps you to save money by bundling the lot and home all in one.  You can even build your new Wilde Wood home with plans of your own.  This small area with 10 lots has a Tuscan look to it.  Imagine your own Tuscan Villa deep in the heart of Texas!  Wilde Wood trademarks include high ceilings, archways, granite, tile roofs, tile and stained concrete floors, stucco or stone exteriors, and 2 or 3-car side-entry garages.

Tuscany Villas Schools

Tuscany Villas children will attend Georgetown Independent School District (GISD) schools.  Presently the zoning would send them to Ford Elementary School, Benold Middle School and the newest high school in town, East View.  Always check current boundary maps to determine which schools certain geographic areas are in.  Pre-schools are dotted around town as well.  Higher education opportunities also exist here in Georgetown and also in nearby Austin, Cedar Park and Round Rock.
